2016 Pleasant Pointe Commons (Mount Pleasant, WI)

In partnership with Northterra Real Estate Group, we worked to develop this retail space known as Pleasant Pointe Commons. Jaramillo responsibility: Raze existing structures and excavate for building footings. We also placed and compacted the gravel base before laying the concrete flatwork.
